1. Our promise
We work to get things right. When we get something wrong, we fix it and tell you what changed. We never quietly change facts in a story.
2. Corrections
When a story has a factual error, such as a wrong name, number, date, price or quote, we fix the story and add a correction note near the top. The note says what was wrong, what we changed and when, in Eastern Time. For example:
Correction, Oct 27, 2026, 4:10 PM ET: An earlier version of this story gave the wrong top speed. It is 211 mph, not 221 mph.
3. Updates
When a story changes because there is new information, not because we made a mistake, we add a dated entry to the story’s update log, such as “Updated 2:30 PM ET”, newest first.
4. Small fixes
We fix spelling mistakes, typos and broken links without a note when they do not change the meaning of the story.
5. Where corrections appear
Every correction appears as a dated correction note on the story itself. Every correction is also listed in our corrections log at the end of this page, newest first. A link to it is on our Editorial Standards page.
6. Social media and email
If we shared a story with an error on social media, we edit the post or reply to it with the correction. If a correction is important and the story went out in our newsletter, we note the correction in the next newsletter.
7. Report an error
Use our contact form at https://billionairedaily.com/contact/ and choose Correction. Tell us the story, what you think is wrong and, if you can, a source that shows the right information. We aim to review requests within 2 business days. If we agree there is an error, we will fix it as described above.
8. Removal requests
We do not remove accurate stories on request. If a story is wrong, we correct it. In rare cases, we may update or remove a story for legal or safety reasons.
