Editorial Standards
How we report, check, update, correct and label what we publish.
1. What we cover
We write about cars, watches, travel, aviation, real estate, money and business, and lifestyle, plus news in those areas. We write plainly and leave out hype.
2. Sources and accuracy
- We report what we can support. Every news story lists its sources at the end, and a news story cannot be published without them.
- Before a story is published, its facts must be backed by two independent sources or an official primary source, such as an official announcement, filing or the company itself.
- We link to original sources where we can, and we use only short quotes, always credited to the person or outlet who said them.
- We do not publish unconfirmed rumors. When something is not confirmed, we say so.
- We do not invent specs, prices, quotes, numbers or dates.
3. How we use AI tools
We use AI tools to research and draft stories. Every story is checked against its sources and approved by a person before it is published.
4. Times and updates
News stories show when they were published and, if they change, when they were updated. Times are in Eastern Time (ET). When facts change, we update the story and add a short dated note to its update log, newest first.
5. Corrections
When we get something wrong, we fix it and add a correction note to the story that says what changed and when. We do not quietly change facts. Our Corrections Policy explains how this works. To report an error, use our contact form and choose Correction. Every correction is also listed in our corrections log, newest first.
6. Bylines
Stories are published under the house byline The Billionaire Daily Staff, used for stories produced by The Billionaire Daily team.
7. Independence
Advertisers, partners and sponsors do not decide what we cover or what we say. Sponsors may check facts in stories about them, but they never approve our editorial copy. We sometimes accept free products, loans or trips from brands. When we do, the story says so, and it does not change what we cover or what we say.
8. Labels for paid content
Sponsored stories and partner features are labeled where they appear. Paid links are marked on the link or button, and stories that contain them say so near the top. Our Disclosure page explains how we make money.
9. Money and business
Money and Business stories are editorial only, not financial advice. We do not recommend investments, name picks or promise returns. Talk to a licensed professional before you act on anything you read here.
10. Photos
We use photos we have the right to use, from licensed sources or from brands with their permission, and we credit them. Stock photos are never presented as news photos of a specific event, person or vehicle. When a photo does not show the exact subject of the story, the caption says Illustrative image.
