1. Who we are
The Billionaire Daily (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a website about cars, watches, travel, aviation, real estate, money and business, and lifestyle, at billionairedaily.com. The Billionaire Daily is published from 5850 W 3rd St Ste E #472, Los Angeles, CA 90036.
This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit the site, sign up for our newsletter, or contact us, and what we do with it.
2. What we collect
Information you give us
- Newsletter: your email address and, if you choose, your first name. We label your contact record to show that you signed up for the newsletter and which form you used.
- Contact form: your name, email address, the topic you pick and your message.
- Work With Us form: your first and last name, email address, company and message. If you choose, also your phone number, website, the type of feature you are interested in, your project size, timeline and best-fit section.
- Proof of consent: which form you used, the consent wording shown on it and the date and time you sent it.
Information collected automatically
- Device and browser details, your IP address and a rough location based on it.
- Pages you view and the page that sent you here.
- Campaign details in the web address of the page where you send a form, such as utm tags and ad click IDs (for example gclid or fbclid), the site that linked you to that page, and which page and form you used. We send these with your form so we know which pages and campaigns bring sign-ups. We do not save them in a cookie.
- Our email system may record whether you open our emails and which links in them you click.
We do not ask for sensitive information such as financial account numbers, government ID numbers or health details. Please do not send it to us.
3. How we use it
- To send the welcome email and the newsletter you asked for, and to keep a record that you signed up.
- To reply to your messages, story tips, correction requests and privacy requests.
- To answer questions about sponsored features and guest posts.
- To understand which stories and sign-up forms work, if you allow Analytics cookies.
- To see which pages and campaigns bring sign-ups, using the campaign details sent with your form.
- To keep the site secure, stop spam and fix problems.
- To follow the law and enforce our Terms of Use.
4. Cookies and similar tools
We use cookies and similar tools (such as local storage) to run the site and, if you agree, to measure traffic. Strictly necessary cookies are always on. Analytics cookies stay off until you allow them. We do not use Marketing cookies. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. Our Cookie Policy lists what we use.
5. Our emails
We only send the newsletter to people who sign up. Right after you sign up, we send you a welcome email. You can unsubscribe with one click using the link in any email. We stop emailing you promptly, and always within 10 business days. We keep a record that you unsubscribed so we do not email you again by mistake. Sponsored content in our emails is labeled the same way it is on the site.
6. Who we share it with
We share personal information only as described here:
- Service providers that run parts of the site for us and may only use your information to do that work: website hosting (Hostinger), our email and contact management system (GoHighLevel), which stores newsletter sign-ups and sends our emails, together with the email delivery service it uses, and website analytics (Google Analytics, only if you allow Analytics cookies). Our cookie settings tool is part of our own site, not a separate service.
- No advertisers or ad networks at this time. We do not currently use ad networks, advertising pixels or affiliate tracking scripts on our site. If we add them, we will update this policy first.
- For legal reasons, if the law requires it or to protect our rights, our readers or the public.
- In a sale or transfer of the site, the buyer would receive the information and must follow this policy.
- With your permission in any other case.
We do not rent, sell or give our email list to advertisers or sponsors. Clicking an affiliate link or reading a sponsored story does not give a sponsor your name or email.
7. Your choices
- Emails: use the unsubscribe link in any email.
- Cookies: use the Cookie settings link at the bottom of any page.
- Global Privacy Control: if your browser sends this signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, and we keep Analytics cookies off unless you choose to turn them on in Cookie settings. You may still see our newsletter sign-up popup, which loads no tracking (see our Cookie Policy).
- Your information: ask to see, correct or delete it with our contact form (choose Privacy request as the topic) or by email to privacy@billionairedaily.com.
- Do Not Track: our site does not respond to browser Do Not Track signals.
8. California and other US state rights
Depending on where you live, including California, you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect, use and disclose, and get a copy of it.
- Ask us to correct it or delete it.
- Opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information, and of targeted advertising (we do not sell or share it).
- Not be treated differently for using these rights.
What we collect and why
| Category | Examples | Why | Who receives it |

| Identifiers | Name, email, phone (optional), IP address | Emails, replies, security | Hosting, GoHighLevel |
| Professional details | Company, website, project size (Work With Us) | Answering partnership requests | GoHighLevel |

| Internet activity | Pages viewed, campaign tags, email opens and clicks (if our email system records them) | Measuring what works, security | Google Analytics (if allowed), GoHighLevel |

We get this information from you, from your device and from the link you used to reach us. We do not collect sensitive personal information as defined by California law.
Selling and sharing
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We do not use ad networks, advertising pixels or affiliate tracking scripts. Our affiliate links are ordinary links; if you click one, the store may set its own cookies on its own site. If this ever changes, we will update this policy first and give you a way to opt out. We treat a Global Privacy Control signal as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, and we keep Analytics cookies off for browsers that send one unless you choose to turn them on in Cookie settings.
How to make a request
Use our contact form at https://billionairedaily.com/contact/ and choose Privacy request as the topic, or email privacy@billionairedaily.com. We may ask you to confirm your email address so we know the request is really from you. An authorized agent can make a request for you with your signed permission. We will confirm we got your request within 10 business days and answer within 45 days. If we need more time, we will tell you why. If we turn down your request, you can appeal by replying to our answer, and we will review it again.
California residents may also ask once a year whether we shared personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing. We do not do this.
9. How long we keep it
- Newsletter sign-ups and your contact details (such as your name and email address): until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. After you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data, we keep your email address and a do-not-email flag so we do not email you again, and we may keep your sign-up record.
- Contact and Work With Us messages: 12 months after you send them, unless we need them longer for a legal reason or because your message led to an active partnership with us.
- Detailed Google Analytics data: 2 months. Summary reports that do not identify you may be kept longer.
- Server logs (such as IP address, browser details and pages requested): 30 days.
- Proof of consent: for as long as we need to show you agreed.
10. Security
We use reasonable steps to protect your information, such as encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and spam protection on our forms. No website is completely secure, so we cannot promise that your information will never be accessed without permission.
11. Children
The Billionaire Daily is written for adults. It is not meant for children, and you must be 18 or older to use it. Our newsletter is for people 16 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you think a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Visitors outside the US
We are based in the United States and our service providers store information in the US and other countries. If you visit from outside the US, your information will be handled in the US.
13. Links to other sites
Our stories link to stores, brands and other websites. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they handle your information. When you click an affiliate link, the store and its affiliate network may set their own cookies on their site.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We will change the date at the top. If a change is important, we will also post a notice on the site or tell subscribers by email.
